Don't know why people have complained. I did the online check in 1 day ahead, they sent me the digital key at 2pm the day of check in. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk are good and breakfast also great. Thank Spark! Dec 24 to 26 2025
Nice clean new looking hotel, only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the beds were like sleeping on a bench. Other than that everything else was on point.
A budget Hilton. We like Tru by Hilton better. This is a very basic hotel. there was a small hole in the wall by the toilet. The refrigerator was missing a foot so it rocked but we put a hanger underneath and it was fine. Breakfast wasn't anything special bagels, yogurt hot and cold cereal. The bananas were close to rotten. The beds were comfortable.
We enjoyed this hotel for our Night of Lights getaway in St. Augustine! I highly recommend the king suite. We were able to move around with lots of extra space and it was so comfortable and a real plus to have the couch. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast. Great value for the money.
My bf & I were away for a well needed little get away! We went with the “Spark by Hilton”. From the time of checking in to the time of check out we were very well swept away on this little get away and hidden gem of a hotel. The Mrs working the desk around 12:53 was amazing & truly down to earth, one of there hardest workers because we seen her at the time of check out the following day working after 1 PM without going home yet! TRUE DEDICATION right there if I do say so myself- would like this person recognized unfortunately didn’t catch her name. We got a ground floor room, which for me was nice for a change since my bf always wants to be anywhere but ground when the option is there, but he came around to be in agreeance with me after checking in. Super cute room lay out, upon checking in the room was like a ICE BOX thermometer was set at 69- this was another key way to win us over! Truly how every place needs to have the rooms upon checking in after long driving and needing to have the “at home feeling” super comfortable bed! Will definitely be our “go to” budget friendly safe hotel when we are back in the area! Until next time, SPARK!
Good for the price, which was inflated during "Nights of Lights". Room was spacious. Breakfast was nice. Coffee in lobby was not hot at other times of day, delicious for breakfast. Shower pressurewas not great and water was not very hot.
